By purchasing from RusTycoon, you agree to all terms and conditions listed on this page.

RusTycoon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

All purchases are considered final upon completion of payment.

You must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.

RusTycoon is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios or Double Eleven.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Digital goods and in-game items are non-refundable once delivered.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all RusTycoon services.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact support before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

If you are banned from RusTycoon servers for any reason (cheating, exploiting, toxicity, etc.), you lose access to ALL purchased items, ranks, and services permanently.

No compensation or refund will be provided for lost items or services due to a ban.

Bans are issued at the sole discretion of the RusTycoon staff team and are final.

Attempting to evade a ban (alt accounts, VPNs, etc.) will result in all associated accounts being banned.

Purchasing items for a banned player is prohibited and will result in the buyer being banned as well.

In-game items and ranks are delivered automatically via our system. Delivery times may vary.

You must be online on the correct server for some items to be delivered.

RusTycoon is not responsible for items lost due to server wipes, game updates, or Rust game mechanics.

Items are tied to the account/identity used at checkout and cannot be transferred.

Subscription-based products will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Exploiting bugs in the store, payment system, or delivery system is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

Sharing, reselling, or distributing purchased items or gift card codes is at your own risk.

Referral codes must not be used in a fraudulent manner (self-referrals, fake accounts, etc.).

RusTycoon reserves the right to revoke any items, ranks, or services if abuse is detected.
